SMart Kolektiv seeks to connect and improve relations between business and soci- ety on several levels: by mobilising the multiple potentials of business and directing them towards reducing and resolving social and environmental problems; by appl- ying the philosophy, logic and experience of business, through enterprising models, and applying them to social development processes; by using business tools – pri- marily those of the communication field – to stimulate positive social change.

All of SMart Kolektiv’s activities are interlinked and complementary, realised thro- ugh three key programmes: socially responsible business, social entrepreneurship and social communication.

The Administrator:

• provides undisturbed work of Forum, implements the action plan adopted by members, supports Fo- rum members, delivers the arranged services and develops specific projects together with members;
• makes the Forum visible and recognizable among the key actors in the country and at the interna- tional level, provides professional assistance and proposes elements for further development of the Forum operation;
  
• communicates with other actors, prepares and disseminates the Forum materials and realizes oth- er activities entrusted by the Forum Board of Directors.
